Are there nurse aids/surgical techs on this unit? NO OB/Neonatologist in house 24/7?- yes RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc)- Pulse ox, Is there tele on this unit? Monitor Techs? RNs read strips?-NO EFM System- Fetal link, Cerner Shifts & Scheduling- 3 times a week Weekend Requirement- 1 weekend every other week Holiday Requirement- 1 major and 2 minor Is there a call or standby requirement? If census is low they may be placed on standby Floating Requirements NO Scrub Color/Dress code- NAVY Blue Unit/Department specific orientation- 1 Day of orientation.
