The Opportunity We’re looking for a hands-on, highly organized Field Marketing Manager who thrives on building experiences that elevate brand visibility, generate pipeline, and strengthen partner relationships. This role will own the planning and execution of trade shows, events, and partner co-marketing initiatives—ensuring our presence in the field is aligned, scalable, and impactful. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who wants to shape how we show up in the supply chain community while working closely with both internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Trade Show & Event Execution (Primary Focus) • Own end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and regional events., • Manage booth strategy, design, logistics, swag, and onsite support., • Ensure consistent brand presence and high-quality experiences across all events., • Partner with sales to define goals, staffing, messaging, and pre- and post-show outreach., • Track event ROI, lead quality, and follow-up metrics to assess performance.Partner Co-Marketing & Joint Events, • Work closely with strategic partners to plan and execute joint trade shows, co-sponsored events, webinars, and field activations., • Develop co-marketing assets, including joint messaging, landing pages, email campaigns, and social promotions., • Coordinate booth-sharing opportunities, speaker sessions, and joint demos at industry events., • Manage partner calendars and ensure alignment with mutual goals and GTM plans.Strengthen Partner Relationships, • Act as a day-to-day marketing liaison with key partners in the supply chain ecosystem., • Collaborate with partner managers and alliances teams to identify new opportunities for joint activities., • Support partner enablement by ensuring partners have the latest messaging, collateral, and campaign materials., • Help streamline processes for shared events and co-marketing initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration, • Partner with sales, product marketing, and partnerships/alliances teams to ensure event messaging aligns with our broader GTM strategy., • Coordinate lead-management workflows with RevOps., • Support regional field activities and customer-facing events as needed.Qualifications, • 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation., • Experience in B2B SaaS; supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus., • Proven track record managing trade shows from planning through onsite execution., • Experience running co-marketing programs with partners or channel/alliances teams., • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple events/projects simultaneously., • Strong communication and relationship-building skills—comfortable working directly with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders., • Be part of a team solving real-world supply chain problems with modern technology and a composable, decision-oriented approach., • Help shape how the market views a new category of planning that delivers outcomes—not just dashboards or data., • Join a collaborative, fast-paced team that values innovation, impact, and customer success. Your Impact: As an FTTH Planner, you design scalable, cost-effective F2 distribution networks that accelerate residential and commercial broadband deployment. You translate survey data, demand forecasts, and existing OSP conditions into accurate, constructible plans that reduce rework and build costs. By delivering complete, compliant design packages—BOMs, CCTs, Brain outputs, diagrams, and clear documentation—you keep permitting and construction moving on schedule and within budget while improving service coverage, network reliability, and long-term maintainability. Core Responsibilities * Produce detailed F2 distribution network designs aligned with standards, engineering principles, and client specifications. * Build and maintain 3GIS-based FTTH plans (feeder, distribution, and drop), including fiber routes, splitter placement, and cable sizing to meet coverage and take-rate targets. * Analyze survey data and existing OSP infrastructure to optimize routes, minimize CAPEX, and enhance constructability. * Generate full design deliverables: Bills of Materials (BOMs), CCTs, Brain outputs, diagrams, and construction packages. * Ensure adherence to local regulations, permitting requirements, and industry best practices. * Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, permitting, and construction teams; provide clear redlines, markups, and revisions. * Maintain accurate mapping, records, and version control across design systems and trackers. * Utilize design software and toolsets (3GIS, CCT, Brain, and related FTTH planning platforms) to validate and QA designs. Core Experience * 3–5 years in FTTH network design/planning with strong focus on F2 distribution layer. * Hands-on proficiency with 3GIS (or similar CAD/GIS) design tools and data management systems. * Solid knowledge of GPON/XGS-PON architectures, fiber optics, and passive optical network principles. * Demonstrated ability to produce engineering plans (F2 diagrams), BOMs, CCTs, Brain outputs; familiarity with Site Tracker a plus. * Understanding of local permitting processes and utility coordination (asset). * Strong analytical and organizational skills for complex service-provider architectures and multi-stakeholder projects. * Excellent written/verbal communication; able to convert complex technical data into clear, actionable documentation. * Proven collaborator in cross-functional and remote settings; comfortable working independently with high attention to detail. * Working knowledge of broadband telecom and OSP engineering practices with a continuous-improvement mindset and on-time, on-budget delivery.
