Head of Field Marketing & Events About the Role We're hiring our first events and field marketing leader to build Wing’s in person motion from the ground up. You'll own the strategy, the calendar, the budget, and the pipeline that comes out of it. We have products, customers, and a sales team ready to close. What we don't have yet is the in person motion that gets us into the right rooms. That's what you're here to build. You'll run the full playbook: conference presence at major industry events, founder-led dinners, executive roundtables, customer events, brand activations, and the scrappy mid size gatherings where real relationships get built and deals start. A big part of this is creative growth hacking. Not just showing up at conferences, but pulling the right 8 people out of a 5,000 person event for a wine dinner across the street. Renting a suite at a Vegas hotel during a major industry week, stocking the bar, and getting the right buyers in the room. Hosting an intimate chef driven dinner with three target customers and one of our founders. You'll also run bigger productions when it makes sense. 30 to 50 person thought leadership nights, topical salons, curated industry gatherings, marquee booths at the conferences that matter. This is a hands-on operator role to start. We want to see you run a handful of events first, prove the motion, and show the pipeline. From there, we'll invest behind you, adding event coordinators and field marketers so you can shift into a player coach role and scale what's working. You'll have research, content, and ops support from day one. The job is a lot of work, and we know it. The support is real, but the bar is that you own the outcome. Wing is an AI SaaS company, and your job is to turn rooms into customers. Compensation This role is structured with a 50/50 base and variable split. We pay you like a pipeline owner because that's what you are. • Base salary: $100,000 to $115,000, • Target variable: $100,000 to $110,000, tied to pipeline sourced from events and meetings generated, • OTE: $200,000 to $225,000, • Stock Options The variable is uncapped. Over perform and your total comp goes well above OTE. We'll set targets together after the first 90 days, once you have a baseline. The kind of night people text their friends about the next day, • An AI demo night where target customers see real product in action over drinks, no slides, • A roundtable series in 3 to 4 target cities with the same format and rotating local guests, building a community over time The format is flexible. What matters is that the right people show up, real conversations happen, and pipeline comes out the other side. What We're Looking For • 5+ years in field marketing, events, experiential marketing, or in person enterprise sales. About Jetson Jetson is an AI operating system for industrial environments. Factories and warehouses are mission-critical, exception-driven environments. Every day, teams are forced to make real-time tradeoffs across labor, production, and materials to hit output and cost targets. Today, these decisions are coordinated manually, using spreadsheets, radio calls, and human intuition, on top of fragmented systems like ERP, HR, and MES that record what happened, but don’t help teams adjust when conditions change. As a result, a small group of experienced operators effectively runs the operation by hand: sequencing production, deploying labor, reacting to downtime, managing materials, and controlling cost in real time. Build a quarterly forecast you can defend. You'll own a clean pipeline, a defensible forecast, and a clear plan to hit. Stages have meaning here. What the role looks like You are the third PM we have hired and you will own the core research workflow end to end. That means the roadmap, the execution loop, the QA, and the shipping. Day to day you are talking to users, writing specs, making tradeoff calls with engineering and design, running testing plans, and keeping the people who need to know informed without burying them in updates. What you bring to Similarweb: • Industry & Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, analytics consulting, customer-facing roles at data/SaaS companies, or adjacent strategy/product roles with significant client interaction., • Data & Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of digital traffic data, market research, competitive intelligence, and online consumer behavior. Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and modern analytics environments is highly preferred., • Analytical Excellence: Proven ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. The base salary range for this position in New York City is $90,000 to $145,000, plus benefits including: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, potential equity, employee stock purchase plan and paid sick and parental leave. In addition, this position is eligible to participate in the company's sales incentive plan, with a maximum target OTE of up to $161,000, depending upon the final terms of employment and achievement of established targets. Individual compensation is based upon a number of factors, including qualifications and relevant experience. The Production Coordinator provides critical logistical and administrative support to the Keynote Production team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all "behind-the-scenes" elements-from speaker schedules and asset management to vendor contracts and on-site hospitality-run like clockwork. You are the primary point of contact for speaker logistics and the keeper of the most current "Run of Show" (ROS). Key Responsibilities • Asset Management: Organize and track all keynote media (PowerPoint decks, video openers, transitions). Ensure the most recent versions are uploaded to the show server and backed up., • Speaker Logistics & Concierge: Act as the primary point of contact for guest speakers and their handlers.
