Summary We are seeking a Regional Manager (RM) to oversee the daily operations, financial performance, and team development across multiple NRG Family Entertainment Centers (35,00080,000 sq. ft. facilities). Each center includes soft play areas, trampolines, arcades, freedom gaming, and caf operations. The RM is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational consistency, compliance with safety standards, and profitability across all assigned locations. Duties & Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Provide leadership and operational oversight for all centers in the assigned region., • Ensure facilities deliver a safe, clean, and fun environment for all guests., • Maintain consistent brand standards across soft play, trampoline, arcade, gaming, and caf operations., • Partner with General Managers (GMs) and Managing Partners (MPs) to execute company initiatives and meet KPIs., • Monitor P&L performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and control costs., • Drive financial accountability at the site level, including labor, inventory, and expense management., • Support sales growth through marketing initiatives, group sales, and community engagement., • People Leadership & Development, • Recruit, coach, and develop General Managers and management teams., • Build a strong leadership pipeline and maintain positive team culture., • Conduct regular site visits to assess leadership effectiveness, training, and operational readiness., • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, labor laws, and company standards., • Oversee safety protocols for attractions including trampolines, arcades, and play structures., • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations., • Monitor maintenance programs to keep facilities and equipment in top working condition., • Travel regularly within the assigned region (estimated 75% of the time)., • Provide regular reporting on operational performance, guest satisfaction, and business trends to senior leadership., • Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)., • 5+ years of multi-unit management experience, ideally in family entertainment, hospitality, or high-volume retail/restaurant., • Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience., • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams across multiple locations., • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills., • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
