Job Description Overview Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) has an opportunity for an Endovascular Fellow in the Division of Cardiology at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx. The Hospitals are part of NYC Health + Hospitals. Jacobi is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and NCB has 213 licensed beds. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Albert Einstein Medical College to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards. The Division has had its own fellowship in Vascular and Endovascular Medicine for over a decade, and is also a major teaching affiliate for Montefiore’s Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program. Jacobi is a New York State certified STEMI receiving center with an active PCI program and a mechanical support program including ECMO. Jacobi has outstanding cardiovascular clinical facilities offering a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including coronary and peripheral vascular interventions, pacemaker, ICD and BiV ICD implantation, and cardiac CT / MRI. Jacobi also has had an active Pulmonary Embolism Response Team (PERT) since 2014. Responsibilities • Jacobi Medical Center is offering a 1-year Endovascular fellowship., • Start date: July 1, 2025., • Percutaneous interventions for acute pulmonary embolism., • Wound management., • Endovenous ablation., • Interventional dialysis access management., • Formal training in vascular ultrasound interpretation.
