Job Description Scheduling Team Leader FLSA: Non-Exempt Reports To: Assistant Director of Day Supports Physical Requirements: General lifting, office environment. Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 6:45am-2:15pm Pay Range: $20.15 - $24.12 Job Summary: The Scheduling Team Leader will have direct oversight of all assigned program specific schedules to include scheduling and maintaining staff schedules and openings. They will also have direct oversight of all program specific relief staff. In addition, the Scheduling Team Lead will be stationed at the front desk to answer phones, greet people, etc. Job Qualifications: • Minimum 1 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or related human services program, • Must possess and demonstrate leadership skills., • Scheduling and supervisory experience preferred., • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook, • Valid NYS driver's license required., • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
