Purpose of the Job The Project Manager supports the successful delivery of customer implementation projects from initial planning through go-live. In this role, you will coordinate project activities, maintain timelines, monitor budgets, and ensure all quality standards are consistently met. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and the Director of Project Delivery, you will manage key deliverables, facilitate communication across internal teams and customer stakeholders, and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues. Description of responsibilities: In this role, you will be actively involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, including implementation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Job Description The Mental Health Association is seeking Per Diem Mobile Crisis Outreach Responders for our new program, 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, operating out of Essex County The Per Diem 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program will respond to adults (18 and above) in nonlife-threatening situations who have contacted the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. The Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program (MCORT) responds 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year, to nonlife-threatening mental health, substance use or suicidal crises in the community. MCORT will work in coordination with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline crisis centers. (The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline was formerly the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.) MCORT is to be comprised of a two-person team in the field under remote supervision by a third professional from a centralized location. Shifts are on an as-needed basis for this position. Specifically seeking holiday and weekend coverage. Qualified applicants for the position of Per Diem Crisis Outreach Responder will have, at minimum: • A Bachelor’s Degree in a mental health related field from an accredited institution with two years post bachelor’s professional experience required. Job Description The Mental Health Association is seeking Per Diem Peer Support Specialist for our new program, 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, operating out of Essex county. The 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program will respond to adults (18 and above) in nonlife-threatening situations who have contacted the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. The Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program (MCORT) responds 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year, to nonlife-threatening mental health, substance use or suicidal crises in the community. MCORT will work in coordination with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline crisis centers. (The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline was formerly the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.) MCORT is to be comprised of a two-person team in the field under remote supervision by a third professional from a centralized location. Shifts are on an as-needed basis for this position. Job Description The Mental Health Association is seeking a Crisis Outreach Supervisor for our new program, 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, operating out of the Essex County location. The 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program responds to adults (18 and above) in nonlife-threatening situations who have contacted the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. The Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program (MCORT) responds 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year, to nonlife-threatening mental health, substance use or suicidal crises in the community. MCORT works in coordination with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline crisis centers. (The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline was formerly the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.) MCORT is to be comprised of a two-person team in the field under supervision by a third professional from a centralized location. Shift time available: 11PM - 7AM Qualified applicants for the position of Crisis Outreach Supervisor will have, at minimum: • A Master’s Degree in a mental health related field from an accredited institution, a professional license (LSW, LAC) and two years of post-master’s full time equivalent professional experience in a psychiatric setting required., • A professional with experience in a crisis setting is preferred., • A valid NJ driver’s license and a good driving record., • The ability to provide effective crisis response and de-escalation as related to community mental health in the community. Job Description The Mental Health Association is seeking Per Diem Crisis Outreach Supervisors for our new program, 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, operating out of the Essex County location. The 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program will respond to adults (18 and above) in nonlife-threatening situations who have contacted the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. The Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program (MCORT) responds 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year, to nonlife-threatening mental health, substance use or suicidal crises in the community. MCORT will work in coordination with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline crisis centers. (The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline was formerly the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.) Shall ensure cooperation and collaboration with the DMHAS statewide evaluator for the OORP, which may include focus group participation; key informant interviews; and individual data reporting (i.e., select social indicators; substance use, overdose and mental health history; patient outreach; services provided, and recovery and treatment follow-up)., 7. In collaboration with the Sr. Director of Integrated Services shall engage in communication regularly with the DMHAS Project Director as well as the State Opioid Treatment Authority pertaining to any identified issues and/or barriers in linking individuals to treatment., 8. Shall engage in the data collection, which is to be reviewed with the Sr. Director of Integrated Services before its submission to the DMHAS Project Director monthly (by the 1st of each month) in a format to be provided by DMHAS. Data shall consist of a minimum of the following: · Number of reported opioid overdose reversals by Emergency Department. · Basic demographics on the individual reversed from an opioid overdose, including a minimum of the following: Age, Race, Hispanic origin, Gender · Number of visits per month by the Recovery Specialists, Number of successful referrals to treatment by Level of Care (LOC) · Number and types of referrals to recovery supports other than substance abuse treatment (i.e. mental health services, housing, employment, etc.) · Number of follow-up phone calls by Recovery Specialists per month 9. Shall submit a Narrative Contract Progress Report to the Senior Director of Integrated Services and/or Clinical Administrator for review before submission to the DMHAS Project Director within 5 working days of the end of each quarter., 10. Maintain client information and ensure up-to-date documentation in the OORP Teams Channel., 11. Providing an evidence-based comprehensive case management assessment that includes life domains such as housing, finances, transportation, legal services, vocational, employment, health care, and family strengths/needs., 12.
