Job DescriptionSalary: up to $140K annualized - DOE Job Title: Director of Enterprise Sales, Workforce Solutions Location: Ringo / Remote/ Hybrid Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer Job Overview: Ringo is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive. Your primary focus will be on accelerating our Go-to-Market strategy. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. The Enterprise Sales Executive will work closely with leadership to ensure alignment with company goals while fostering a high-performance sales culture. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan, focusing on creating new business opportunities and expanding Ringo's market footprint, • Identify and target prospective clients that fit within the defined Ideal Client Profile (ICP), ensuring alignment with Ringos value proposition, • Build and maintain relationships with industry associations and key partners to enhance Ringos presence in the market, • Build, nurture, and manage an active pipeline of sales opportunities, maintaining a constant focus on growth and progression, • Identify and engage key decision-makers among targeted leads, initiating the sales process and cultivating relationships from the outset, • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies, • Schedule and lead discovery meetings to qualify prospects and assess their needs, while preparing and delivering impactful product demonstrations, • Conduct product demos and create compelling presentations that effectively showcase the value of Ringos solutions, • Close sales opportunities, transitioning successful projects to the Client Services team for seamless implementation and ongoing client support, • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, providing timely follow-up and thoroughly qualifying leads generated through marketing campaigns., • Contribute to refining and building best practices around CRM pipeline management, as well as enhancing marketing efforts, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and contact information in our CRM system to ensure transparency and consistency., • Set, track, and report on key sales metrics, ensuring continuous improvement, • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to executive leadership., • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual activity and revenue targets, contributing directly to Ringos growth objectives., • Drive sales initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness., • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives., • Continuously strive to enhance your industry knowledge with the goal of becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ringos clients and partners, • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and productivity, • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred), • 7+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in Vendor Management Software/Technology, • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities, • Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM tools and sales analytics, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives, • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, • Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth, • Dynamic and collaborative company culture If you are an experienced sales leader with a passion for driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams, we invite you to apply for the Enterprise Sales Executive position at Ringo. Job Description In the Assistant Director (RN) role, you will serve as clinical support and backup to the Director for all independent external appeals activities. You will assist with management of day-to-day operations of all client products, including administrative denials, medical necessity review, claims reviews, and DRG review. The Assistant Director (RN) will provide training and development for review activities to internal staff. Duties include but are not limited to: • With Director supervision, responsible for overseeing and tracking compliance with various health care rules, jurisdictional laws/regulations, and contract requirements. Audits compliance and responds to any detected risks or problems and, with Director input, determines appropriate action to prevent any recurrence of issues., • Direct supervisory staff including clinical, nurses, coders, and support staff performing review activities. Participate in negotiations with providers, as necessary. Respond to clinical and procedural questions and coordinate any revisions of Departmental processes and procedures., • Assist in oversight of operations, including report production. Manage the implementation of technical changes to review programs based on client needs and regulatory changes., • Responsible for maintaining the network of nurse and physician reviewers. Monitor timing and savings, as well as oversee the quality of the product(s)., • Train staff and monitor their performance., • Provide backup and coverage for the Director with Assistant VP assistance., • Assist with new product development, marketing, and business development. Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal skills., • Highly organized with strong time management skills., • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the proven ability to successfully direct both professional and support staff and work with governmental agencies, providers and clients., • Excellent supervisory/management skills with the ability to set work schedules, identify problems and formulate solutions., • Familiarity with computer system support to assure client satisfaction., • New York Licensed Registered Nurse and a graduate of an approved registered, professional nurses’ training program, required., • A bachelor’s degree in nursing or related discipline, required.
