Job DescriptionDescription: A Director of Community Relations is the face of our community by representing the company brand as you educate the general community about our amazing services and amenities, partner with referral sources, and host events on site and off site. Job Description Territory Manager (Northern California & Northern Nevada) Gaia Flooring is a fast-growing company in the flooring industry, specializing in delivering high-quality laminate and vinyl flooring. We are looking for a Territory Manager to be a selling and brand ambassador for Gaia. This position covers an established territory that includes Northern California, Northern Sacramento, and Northern Nevada. Overnight travel to the Oregon border will be required. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for visiting accounts daily across this region, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth within this geographical area. Estimated Annual Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 (This figure includes base salary plus projected earnings from commissions, based on achieving sales targets. Actual earnings will vary depending on performance.)
