For more information visit harvesthill.com. Position Summary: The Productivity Manager will lead and drive the site’s Lean, TPM, and Operational Excellence strategy in alignment with business goals. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and managing one direct report, this role is accountable for delivering measurable results through hands-on leadership, structured problem-solving, and strategic project execution. This role will be a key member of the plant leadership team, responsible for embedding a culture of continuous improvement, building team capability, and driving sustainable performance improvements across all production lines. Primary Position Responsibilities: • Lead, coach, and develop one direct report, ensuring alignment with CI initiatives and performance expectations., • Partner with the Plant Manager and leadership team to establish and execute a robust site-wide Continuous Improvement strategy., • Champion TPM methodology with a strong focus on OEE improvement, root cause analysis, and minor stoppage elimination., • Own the site’s CI Master Plan, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives tied to cost savings, process improvement, and operational efficiency., • Facilitate and support structured improvement activities including Kaizen events, 5S, SMED, CLE, ERCA, and value stream mapping., • Ensure rigor in daily CI performance metrics, visual management systems, and corrective actions., • Drive hands-on execution of improvements on the floor—investigating bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and equipment losses., • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production to integrate improvement plans and sustain results., • Provide regular project updates and CI performance dashboards to site and regional leadership., • Build capability at all levels through coaching, problem-solving, and structured training efforts., • Foster a high-performance, team-based culture rooted in accountability, ownership, and servant leadership. Position Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related technical field required., • Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma preferred; Green Belt minimum., • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing CI role, with direct responsibility for TPM or OEE improvement., • Proven experience managing CI projects > $1M in value., • Demonstrated leadership in coaching, developing others, and holding teams accountable., • Deep expertise in Lean manufacturing, TPM, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving., • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas and macros), PowerPoint, and CI analytics tools., • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills., • Experience working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment., • Experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
