POSITION SUMMARY: The door person ensures the safety and security of all our guests and staff, and to make sure the customers’ nights are fun and exciting. You will play a key role in the operation of our entire business as a visible and powerful force for order. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greeting patrons and checking IDs, • Collecting cover charges, • Providing security and safety, • Maintaining bar supplies, when needed, • Protecting bar patrons and staff, • Monitoring bar or club perimeter for safety concerns QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: • Ability to work during peak business hours, including Fridays, Saturdays and special events, • Possess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture, • Ability to assess threats and over-intoxication, • Comfortable talking to people, • Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 30 hours a week, • Ability to stand/walk for 2-6 hours per day, • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., • Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, • Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors, • Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic, • Work environment: exposure to food, liquor, mixing devices, drink machines, water, sanitizers, cleaning products, knives, other sharp objects, and slippery floors

Previous experience in a security related position. Security Training or Certificates. Currently seeking a professional security personnel.
