Job Description Reports To: The Client Services Associate (Campus Delivery) will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership. Job Overview: The CSA Campus Delivery is vital to the organization of a company's communication. With a strong attention to detail, they will facilitate a variety of delivery, distribution and mailroom tasks to ensure high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service. Responsibilities: • Pick up, deliver, and handle parcels and packages (regularly up to 45 lbs; carts up to 60 lbs), including confidential and time-sensitive materials., • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and inventory; ensure quality control and compliance., • Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and flexibility in a high-volume environment., • Valid California driver's license with clean driving record., • At least 1 year of customer service or related experience., • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills., • Ability to lift 40–45 lbs, push/pull carts up to 60 lbs, and stand/walk for long periods., • Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, MFD equipment)., • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills; delivers excellent customer service with professionalism., • Proficient in MS Office and basic PC systems; able to learn onsite software and use MFD/printing equipment., • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment., • Strong problem-solving skills; dependable, punctual, and adaptable to new tasks or cross-training., • Adhere to all company policies and procedures., • Required to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times., • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs; push/pull carts up to 60 lbs., • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day.
