Job Description Summary: The Restoration Operations Manager leads, motivates, and supports a Production/Restoration division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. They oversee all operational activities and pursue operational objectives. Primary Responsibilities: · Continuously pursue strategic and operational objectives. · Oversee the management of operational activities. · Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization. · Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience. · Manage staff development of the Production/Restoration division. · Work closely with the General Manager and Owner to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. · Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables. · Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes and key measures with the General Manager and Owner. · Analyze the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity. · Maintain the development of leadership and management skills, as well as Restoration expertise. · Other tasks/duties as required by employer. Education and Experience Requirements: · High School Diploma/GED required, Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred. · Industry certifications strongly preferred. · Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations. · Minimum 3 years management experience. · Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills. · Effective written and oral communication skills · Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred. Physical and Work Environment Requirements: This is a management position routinely working in an office environment; however, field visits and field management will require jobsite activities. Occasional jobsite activities may involve lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, utilizing scaffolding or lifts, pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, working around chemicals, and working overhead. While performing occasional jobsite duties, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites may be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety. Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements: This is a full-time position working 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, 45+ hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including evenings and weekends, as needed. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected. Salary Grade: 8 On Call: Yes Level: Location: Community Residence Hours: 37.5/1950 Summary The Case Manager is a leadership position within the Community Residence partnering with the Community Residence Program Manager, Senior Counselors, Social Worker, and Nurse. As a collective, the co-leadership team is responsible for the oversight of the health, wellness, and care of youth in the program. Knowledge of childhood trauma and the impacts is paramount. The Case Manager will identify and assess client and family needs, coordinate, and provide necessary services and/or treatment are provided. They will also provide in-home supportive services to clients, complete required assessments, and assist individuals and families by helping to articulate goals and providing needed information.
