Job Description The Whitby Hotel Housekeeping Floor Supervisor Are you passionate about maintaining high standards and creating memorable guest experiences? At The Whitby Hotel, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and attention to detail. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head Housekeeper and Deputy Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping staff and ensure our beautifully designed rooms and public areas are always maintained to the highest standards. SHIFT: Flexibility in hours required based on operational needs. Job Description JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Resident Manager, the Porter/Concierge is responsible for the upkeep of the common areas, pool areas, and the removal of trash as well customer service and security of the property.
