With expertise, global reach, and commitment to innovation, Nomura's Global Markets department is well-positioned to continue driving growth and success in the financial industry. • Provide support to a team of 25-30 traders including Managing Directors, • Extensive calendar management and meeting coordination both internally and externally, • Expense processing in accordance with Nomura's policy, • International and Domestic Travel Arrangements: coordination of flights, tickets, accommodations & ground transportation, • Screening calls, act as gatekeeper, • Meeting/Event logistics coordination, • Providing absence coverage to other team members as required, • Ad-hoc projects assigned, • Highly organized and prioritization skills, • Team Player, • Ability to multi-task effectively, • Strong problem-solving skills, • Attention to detail, • Polished communication skills appropriate for a corporate environment, • 3-5 years of Administrative Experience within Financial Services, preferably in a banking environment, • BA Required Explore Insights & Vision If hired in the U.S., employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors".
