OVERVIEW FCG is searching for a skilled, motivated, and solutions-driven Network/Systems Administrator with prior MSP experience to join our dynamic IT team. You'll play a key role in delivering top-tier service to our diverse clients, leveraging cutting-edge technology that will keep you inspired. This position is for our office located in Peoria, AZ, serving clients nationwide; however, this role will be focusing on the growth of new MSP clients in Arizona. The ideal candidate will: • Understand the value of their role as a Professional Service asset and the need to track and measure their time on all tasks and projects., • Be an independent thinker who can, and is open, to identifying opportunities for improvement while also maintaining the need for complying with existing company policies – rogue cowboys need not apply., • Enjoy tackling complex IT problems and will not only solve that instance but also create an overall proactive solution for the situation., • Be a driven self-starter and team-player that is constantly developing themselves and ongoing knowledge improvement., • Strive for excellence for themselves and their colleagues., • Have a strong ability to create and/or improve existing documentation in an appropriate level of detail and industry terminology for the intended audience, while also provide training for dependent support tiers., • Have a proven track-record working for a prior MSP., • Author SOP's and other technical support documentation utilizing ITIL best practices and standards., • Resolve tickets escalated to your department, providing thorough and complete notes, including an accurate account of the time engaged., • Support data-center and VMWARE Environment., • Support Windows Server, Windows OS,OFFICE 365, and Mac-related issues., • Administer FCG's RMM, Cyber Security Suite, and other system Management tools., • Support Network related issues at customer sites, including Firewalls, Managed Switches, and Wireless environments., • Provide ongoing support to internal Tier 1 Help Desk, constantly improving training and documentation. Continuously improving the Tier1 team to reduce escalations., • Manage projects with remote Subcontractors., • Assisting in internal ticket and project audits., • Participating in stakeholder calls with customers, often functioning as the technical SME., • Leading and/or participating in interdepartmental training., • Some occasional multi-night travel as needed. Education & Certifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience., • Preferred Certifications: Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, or MCITP; CCNA certification is also desirable., • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, particularly Lenovo and HP systems., • Hands-on experience with desktop and server operating systems, with expertise in Microsoft solutions., • Extensive experience with application support, particularly in ConnectWise, Datto, Kaseya, or similar PSA/RMM tools., • Proven ability to develop and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service deliverables., • Prior experience with ticketing system including strong ability in professional note-taking and time keeping., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and purposeful questioning., • Ability to convey technical concepts in user-friendly language for non-technical staff and end users., • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills., • Adaptive learner with the ability to retain and apply new information efficiently., • Exceptional and demonstrable customer service skillset., • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure cybersecurity environments., • Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy equipment, including computers, servers, UPS units, and peripherals (up to 50 lbs)., • Dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other hardware components. xhqgsiq Pay: $80,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Health savings account, • Life insurance, • Paid time off, • Retirement plan, • Tuition reimbursement, • 8 hour shift, • Monday to Friday, • On call
