This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in accuracy and client service. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the front office point of contact, greeting clients and managing incoming communications, • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls with professionalism and efficiency, • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and closing schedules, • Assist with real estate closing files, including document preparation, scanning, and disbursement of funds, • Request and gather required documentation in accordance with contract terms, • Review legal documents for accuracy and completeness prior to attorney approval, • Maintain an organized and professional reception area and office environment, • Support general administrative functions including filing, copying, and data entry, • Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate restocking as needed, • Prior experience in a legal, administrative, or office support role, • Real estate closing experience strongly preferred, • Familiarity with SoftPro or similar closing software is a plus, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • High attention to detail and accuracy, • Excellent organizational and time management skills, • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, • Professional demeanor with strong client service skills, • Detail-oriented and process-driven, • Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, • Strong team player with a supportive, positive attitude, • Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through Interested in hearing more?
