Role Expectations: • Analyze project data related to location, scope, cost, and schedule to identify trends, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for efficiencies., • Develop scenario models under the guidance of the PMO to support executive decision-making and portfolio optimization., • Create dashboards, pivot tables, and automated reports to track project performance, scope changes, and resource utilization., • Validate data accuracy across multiple systems (GIS, SAP, Primavera, internal databases) and reconcile discrepancies., • Monitor scope creep and provide early warnings to project teams., • Evaluate project scopes to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, regulatory requirements, and system reliability needs., • Support the development of prioritization frameworks for capital and maintenance work., • Facilitate scope review meetings with engineering, construction, and planning teams., • Identify opportunities for bundling work to reduce outages, mobilization costs, and overall project duration., • Maintain a centralized scope repository and ensure consistent documentation standards., • Assist project managers in developing work plans, cost estimates, and schedules based on validated scope data., • Provide analytical support for annual budgeting, long-term planning, and resource forecasting., • Track project progress and provide variance analysis for cost, schedule, and scope., • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or a related field., • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, utility operations, or project management., • Experience in Substations, T&D, Gas-Hydro, or OSG functional areas required., • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, algorithms, macros, complex formulas)., • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for reporting and presentations., • Experience with project management and utility systems such as SAP, Primavera P6, GIS platforms, or similar tools., • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable insights., • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities., • Excellent communication and presentation skills., • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams., • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
