Physical Therapist- Per Diem A Per Diem Physical Therapist is a healthcare professional who provides therapy services on an as-needed basis, typically filling in for staff shortages or covering vacations and leaves of absence. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team, patients and patient’s support system. Assesses and re-assesses need for modifications to plan of care and goals., • Identifies need for consultations and/or refers the patient to another health care professional or health care services.
