We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. RESPONSIBLITIES : *Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets - Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals - Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, team members, and sponsors - *Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies - *Monitor progress, track performance, and adjust plans as needed - *Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards REQUIREMENT: *1+ year of project management experience *Proven track record of delivering successful projects *Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills *Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills *Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment - Hourly rate: $35.19 (standard hours) and $25.00 (training hours) Benefits: Health, Dental, Life and AD&D Insurance, Employee Wellness and 401k plans, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP),Paid Time Off and Holidays. This takes place after working for the company for 30 days.
