Key Responsibilities • Lead cross-functional project teams, managing scope, schedule, cost, and contract compliance while serving as the primary customer interface, • Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale IT projects across the full project lifecycle, • Develop and maintain project management plans, ensuring alignment with organizational and PMO standards, • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, • Establish and manage work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, and resource plans in coordination with project schedulers, • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, tracking actuals, and reporting accruals, • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; proactively manage issues and dependencies, • Ensure requirements are gathered, documented, reviewed, and approved in accordance with established processes, • Lead governance reviews and provide regular status reporting, dashboards, and executive-level communications, • Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverable quality to ensure successful outcomes Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience), • 8+ years of experience managing IT projects, including scope, schedule, and budget, • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required, • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, • Led cross-functional coordination across Workplace, Infrastructure, and Security teams to deliver identity-driven access and endpoint modernization efforts, • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and PMO processes, • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership, • Experience managing project financials, including forecasting and variance analysis, • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated customer-facing experience, • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Primavera or similar project management tools, • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting utility or energy sector clients, • Experience managing large, complex, or multi-year programs, • Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
