Job Description Customer Service Representative- Job Description Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role also supports the company’s ecommerce operations by assisting customers with online orders, website navigation, and digital transactions. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner, • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, determining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution, • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, • Process orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and account updates, • Provide detailed information about products, services, pricing, and company policies, • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, warehouse, and technical support) to resolve complex issues, • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department, • Contribute to improving customer service processes and overall customer satisfaction E-Commerce Responsibilities: • Assist customers with online ordering, checkout issues, and payment processing, • Monitor and respond to inquiries from e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and website chat tools, • Support order fulfillment by coordinating with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely shipping, • Track and communicate order status, shipping updates, and delivery issues, • Assist with processing online returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, • Provide feedback on website usability, customer experience, and opportunities for improvement, • Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and online sales initiatives as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred), • Previous customer service or e-commerce experience preferred, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, • Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms, • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Skills: • Experience with CRM and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce, Zendesk), • Familiarity with order management and shipping systems, • Multitasking and time management abilities, • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach Work Environment: • Office Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computerCompany DescriptionIn 2010, two entrepreneurs from Texas sought to diversify their holdings by expanding into the firearms industry.
