Job Description Digital Video Producer & Editor Company: LEMC Realty Location: Amarillo, Texas (In-office position only — no remote work) Reports To: Executive Leadership Team Position Summary LEMC Realty is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Digital Video Producer & Editor to elevate our organization’s visual communications. This role will lead the full video production process — from concept and shooting to editing and final delivery — producing both long-form content (interviews, discussions, event coverage) and short-form media (campaign videos, social media ads, and promotional clips). The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling ability with technical expertise to produce high-quality, visually engaging content that strengthens our national brand, political campaigns, and organizational initiatives. You will also manage our dedicated video hosting platform (e.g., Vimeo) and oversee all video-related workflows and archives. Key Responsibilities 1. Production & Editing • Full-Cycle Production: Plan, shoot, and edit a wide variety of video content including interviews, live events, and weekly discussion programs., • Post-Production Mastery: Edit raw footage, perform audio mixing, color correction, and add branded graphics and motion elements., • B-Roll & Visual Asset Library: Capture and organize supporting visuals to maintain a robust video library for organizational use., • Studio & Live Management: Coordinate weekly studio productions, operate multi-camera setups, and manage on-screen graphics and transitions. 2. Platform Management & Distribution • Video Hosting Oversight: Set up and manage a professional hosting platform (e.g., Vimeo), organizing content libraries and permissions., • Digital Distribution: Optimize and publish videos across Mighty Pro, WordPress Multisite, YouTube, Facebook, and internal campaigns., • Archiving: Maintain a structured media asset management (MAM) system for footage, project files, and final deliverables. 3. Creative & Campaign Support • Rapid Campaign Response: Develop and produce quick-turnaround video content to support political messaging and brand storytelling., • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with corporate branding and communication standards., • Equipment Management: Maintain and troubleshoot cameras, lighting, audio gear, and editing workstations. Qualifications & Requirements • Location: Must be able to work full-time in-office at our Downtown Amarillo, TX headquarters., • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in video production and post-production (agency, in-house, or freelance). Experience with political or campaign video is a strong plus., • Technical Skills:, • Expert proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve)., • Strong understanding of sound design, color grading, and motion graphics., • Proven ability to light professional interviews and operate multi-camera setups with high-quality audio recording., • Platform Expertise: Experience managing and publishing through Vimeo, Wistia, or similar video hosting systems.
