Job Description We are seeking a Reporting Analyst / Admin to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports, • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications., • Manage projects to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions., • Automate data workflows, • Maintain documentation of data models, workflows, and project progress, • Support data governance initiatives by ensuring data quality and consistency across platforms., • Compile and publish daily reports, • Draft correspondences and other formal documents, • Plan and schedule appointments and events as needed, • Greet and assist onsite guests, • Answer inbound telephone calls, • Develop and implement organized filing systems, • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields, • Basic experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook & Excel) preferred, • Experience with QuickBooks software helpful, but not required, • Ability to prioritize and multitask, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Strong attention to detail, • Strong organizational skills
