Job Description Responsible for intake screening activities for the Intake Branch, to include performance of screening interviews, evaluation of interview data, recommendation for acceptance/rejection of applicants, and related activities. Provides assistance and support as assigned for Boys Ranch Admission process. • Performs initial screening interview with managing conservators, evaluates the results of interview and makes recommendations for acceptance/rejection of applicants for admission into organizational programs., • Performs peer review on initial screening, evaluates the results of the interview, accepts for continuation or rejects applicants into organizational programs., • Provides information to human services agencies regarding CFBRA programs by maintaining phone, computer and mail contact., • Represents Cal Farley’s at human services conferences, including exhibit booth and related activities., • Provides assistance and support as assigned for admissions process at Boys Ranch., • A Bachelor's degree in a human services field is required.
