Position Overview and Responsibilities: Associate Teachers at Riverdale are individuals who are in the early stages of their careers as educators. These educators may remain in the role for up to a maximum of three years. Associate Teachers work alongside a Head Teacher and play an important role in the experience of our students and colleagues. In Spanish, Associate Teachers are predominantly involved in supporting students through small group instruction. In doing so, they provide additional support to help students access the target language and also differentiate instruction based on the level of Spanish language development of students.
