Position Summary: The BCBA is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing effective, individualized interventions for individuals with autism and behavior challenges. This role requires the ability to recognize and discuss signs of autism, as well as an understanding of diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum and behavioral disorder.
