BLOOM INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW Bloom is MANE’s internship initiative that provides college students with valuable, hands-on industry experience while supporting our business needs. It’s designed to help interns develop their skills, knowledge, and network as they “bloom” into the professionals they aspire to be. Through engaging, real-world projects and collaboration with peers and mentors, you’ll gain essential skills and insights in the flavor/fragrance industry. The Sales Administration Intern will work closely with the sales coordination team. The Sales Administration Intern will learn general knowledge of sales practices and standards for efficient, organized management and coordination of multiple and parallel briefs. Learn and help to coordinate sales administrative functions throughout the sales process from the inception of the sales brief through the completion of the brief. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • (Major Project)- Follow a Client Brief from Inception to Presentation, • Assist the Sales Coordination team to handle client inquiries, provides necessary information, and interfaces with the customers on routine matters., • Enter sample requests and follows up on their progress, keeping the sales managers informed., • Learn and follow the administrative flow of all projects, including tracking interdepartmental due dates, pricing submissions, final review of all paperwork generated, problem solving, etc., • Create Labels and help to ensure samples are organized and labelled correctly for meetings and shipment., • Researches, retrieves, and creates reports and spreadsheet analysis as required., • Research potential new customers based on Sales head leads, • Other duties in support of company objectives, • Consistent with MANE’s environmental commitments, every employee shall actively participate in relevant education/training based upon corporate and local environmental objectives. Where these objectives are relevant to job-related and job-specific roles and responsibilities, each employee shall adhere to applicable environmental policies and procedures, as well as act on best practices. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • HS Diploma or equivalent, • Individuals should have completed a minimum of their first semester of college. BLOOM PROGRAM DETAILS: • Duration: 10 weeks (starting early June through early August), • Environment: Full time, in office, 5 days a week, • Community: Join a cohort of interns, building friendships and a support network., • Capstone Project: You’ll complete a capstone project that highlights your work and learnings, which you’ll present at the end of the program., • Engagement: We’ll check in with you every two weeks, and there will be community-building activities to ensure a well-rounded and enjoyable experience.
