You’ll be coached, challenged, and trusted — not stuck as “the material runner.” What you’ll be doing As an Electrical Apprentice (1–4 years experience), you’ll be side-by-side with experienced electricians and journeymen, doing real work, not just busywork: - Reading and working from blueprints - Installing electrical panels and equipment - Installing and bending conduit - Pulling wire and installing boxes/devices - Assisting with troubleshooting electrical issues - Working safely as part of a crew on a variety of projects You’ll typically report directly to the job site, mostly in Central NJ, with occasional work in Northern and Southern NJ. Schedule: - Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm - Occasional overtime, as needed - Travel pay when working outside our normal radius What you’ll get (beyond a paycheck) We know people stay and grow when the company invests in them.     Position Overview As a Virtual LMHC, you will provide client-centered, evidence-based therapeutic support via secure telehealth platforms. You’ll work remotely, delivering individual (and potentially group or family) counseling to diverse clients. The role emphasizes strong clinical skills, virtual communication proficiency, documentation accuracy, and maintaining professional licensure/ethical standards. Key Responsibilities • Conduct initial intake assessments, clinical evaluations and diagnoses as needed (via video/phone)., • Develop individualized treatment plans, set goals with clients, monitor progress, and adjust plans accordingly., • Provide therapy sessions (individual, couples, family, or groups) using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care) in a virtual setting. Work Environment / Schedule • 100 % remote (work from home) via secure telehealth platform., • Flexible schedule (many virtual roles allow part-time, full-time, choose your own hours) but may require some set hours (e.g., evenings) depending on client population.
