Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate, empathetic and skilled Licensed Associate Counselor to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, purpose-driven, and eager to deliver care using our signature BRAVE Method, a step-by-step healing approach rooted in deep therapeutic connection, emotional release, and long-lasting change. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual therapy (in-person and/or telehealth) to adults dealing with trauma, self-sabotage, chronic self-doubt, and relationship challenges. Conduct clinical assessments and develop trauma-informed treatment plans tailored to client needs. Collaborate with Leidy Quispe (CEO) and participate in ongoing consultation and training Maintain detailed, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and practice policies. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Active independent licensure in New Jersey (LAC). Minimum of 6 months of post-graduate clinical experience Open to be trained in our Proprietary Method and integrate it as your core clinical framework. Experience or strong interest in EMDR, inner child work, or somatic-based approaches. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
