RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide information about insurance products and services., • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals., • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses., • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.QUALIFICATIONS:, • Communication and interpersonal skills., • Detail-oriented and able to multitask., • Experience in customer service or sales preferred., • New York State Personal Lines or Property & Casualty, and/or Life & Health licenses preferred, • Bi-lingual Spanish speaker preferred but not required
