Your Role as a HVAC Installer/Service Technician As a HVAC Installer/Service Technician you’ll lead the installation and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance and client satisfaction. This dynamic role combines precision installation with service expertise, offering variety and impact. Your responsibilities include: What You’ll Do • Install and service commercial HVAC systems (split systems, packaged units, ice machines)., • Perform pipefitting, brazing, soldering, and precise measurements for installations., • Troubleshoot, repair, and conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime., • Provide excellent customer service and accurate record-keeping., • US work authorization required (citizen or permanent resident), • 2–5 years commercial HVAC installation and service experience, • EPA Certification, • Constant professional, great attitude, team player, willingness to work, and learn, • Personal tools: hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges, • Ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders with 30 lbs., and work in confined spaces, • Valid driver’s license (background/drug checks required) Since joining the BGIS group in 2022, BGIS ITS (formerly Millian Aire Enterprises) has grown into a powerhouse with over 500 U.S.-based commercial field technicians.
