Required Qualifications • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program., • Proven engineering experience focused heavily on heavy industrial electrical systems, water/wastewater facility construction, or large-scale municipal infrastructure upgrades., • Demonstrated expertise interpreting complex electrical single-line diagrams, schematic layouts, control wiring blueprints, and technical construction specifications., • Proficiency in construction administration workflows, including handling submittals, managing RFIs, and tracking material delivery approvals., • Excellent technical writing capabilities with verified experience producing structured Daily Field Reports and formal inspection summaries.
