Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION/PURPOSE The Social Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of Case Managers to ensure the support and resources necessary to promote self-sufficiency and independent living skills for families’ w/children residing in temporary shelter are being provided in accordance with CRF, DHS and OTDA standards. Approximately 25% of new admissions per year to the NYC jail system will receive care on the mental health service.
