Job Description We are seeking an Administration Assistant Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves accurate entry and maintenance of numerical, textual, and financial data using Microsoft Excel, proprietary data systems, and database management systems. As an individual contributor within our data team, you will help ensure data integrity and support daily, weekly, and monthly updates through diligent record keeping and file maintenance. Responsibilities • Enter various types of data using current technology, • Prepare and sort documents for data entry, • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes, • Review and enter data updates in the systems regularly, • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data received, • Maintain accurate file and record keeping, • Notify supervisor of any data-related issues Required Qualifications • Excellent typing skills, • Strong organizational skills, • Detail- and deadline-oriented Preferred Qualifications • Entry-level experience in data entry, • High school diploma or equivalent, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, • Familiarity with data entry software, • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
