PROJECT MANAGER, WEB CONTENT (WRITING) We are looking for a Project Manager who has a passion for writing and a love of technology. This role will help shape the future of Web Content at B&H and needs someone who can wax poetic on the latest mirrorless just as well as classic film cameras, tell the story behind how Apple pulled off an industry-changing silicon shift, or explain the tech behind the best TVs. You’ll help define how product stories are told by developing new writing standards and methodologies, supporting a multitude of embargoed product launches, and partnering with various content and development teams to experiment with new styles, techniques, and approaches that push our content forward. This role requires writing detailed product pages under tight deadlines, drafting proposals for new internal systems, and editing content for writers on the team. You’ll be part editor, part strategist, part traffic controller—helping innovative ideas turn into polished, deadline‑ready content that shows up exactly when and where it matters most. Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end execution of high-profile product page content, ensuring clarity, quality, and on-time delivery, • Partner with writers, editors, and cross-functional teams to support embargoed launches and time-sensitive releases, • Help develop, document, and roll out new writing standards, methodologies, and best practices, • Identify opportunities to improve how the team works by introducing new workflows, writing techniques, and content strategies, • Act as central point of coordination for assigned projects, keeping the projects organized, priorities aligns, and stakeholders informed, • Pilot new ideas and styles, then help scale what works across all content teams Qualifications • Expertise in at least 1-2 main categories served by B&H, a plus for knowledge in Photography or a deep understanding of more than 2 categories, • Experience managing content, editorial, or creative projects in a fast-paced environment, • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, • Strong understanding of web content, product storytelling, and editorial workflows, • Comfort working with cross-functional partners, including marketing, product, design, and operations, • A sharp editorial eye and appreciation for great writing and design, even if you’re not writing every day, • Curiosity and creativity—an interest in evolving writing styles, experimenting with new approaches, and improving how teams tell stories. Nice to Have • 5-7 years in web content, editorial writing, or UX/content design or in an industry directly related to B&H’s core business (Photography, Pro Video, etc.), • Experience supporting embargoed or coordinated product launches, • Familiarity with CMS platforms, content tracking tools, or project management software, • Experience helping define or evolve content standards, style guides, or writing playbooks, • Comfort providing feedback as an editor and working on tight deadlines, • Expert-level knowledge of equipment sold at B&H, • General understanding of web design concepts, • A passion for pushing content forward—testing new ideas and championing what works
