The Property Services Coordinator (PSC) provides administrative support to the Property Manager(s) and building office management staff. The PSC is also responsible for delivering exceptional customer service for tenants, leasing agents, management and vendors with effective communication skills, a strong ability to manage multiple functions accurately and efficiently and follow the ESRT Tenant Service Promise. About the Role As Braven scales its centralized-course model to serve more Braven Fellows across an expanding portfolio of our higher education partners, including the University of Mount Saint Vincent, the Associate Director, Program Success, plays a critical role in ensuring a high-quality course experience. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Account Growth Director to lead enterprise account expansion, business development, and revenue growth initiatives. This role is responsible for driving high-impact client engagement, negotiating complex commercial agreements, managing Enterprise-level revenue targets, and unlocking meaningful cross-sell and upsell opportunities. In addition to owning a portfolio of strategic accounts, the Account Growth Director will build, develop, and lead the Account Growth team.
