Trustpoint.one has partnered with a leading AmLaw Firm in their search for a detail-oriented Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys on litigation and franchise matters. This role offers hands-on involvement in all phases of a case—from research and filings to trial preparation—within a collaborative, fast-paced law firm environment. What You’ll Do: • Draft pleadings and assist with motions and court filings, • Cite-check, fact-check, Bluebook, and Shepardize legal memoranda, • Manage discovery, document databases, eDiscovery, and data rooms (Relativity), • eFile in state and federal courts and coordinate service, • Conduct legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and similar tools, • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and pretrial materials, • Support attorneys at depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations What You Bring: • 1+ year of paralegal experience (with Bachelor’s or Paralegal Certificate), • OR 5+ years of relevant legal support experience without a degree/certification, • Experience with Relativity and legal research platforms, • Experience with Franchise Litigatgion is a strong, • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-volume work, • Strong written and verbal communication skills Why Join our client? • Hybrid work flexibility (2 days in office), • Opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value real estate transactions, • Collaborative, team-oriented environment, • Meaningful mentorship and leadership opportunities, • Exposure to cross-office and cross-practice collaboration If you are a Commercial Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a litigation-focused environment and enjoy playing a critical role in case strategy and execution, we encourage you to apply.
