About the Role This position begins as part-time, with the opportunity to expand into a full-time role based on performance and interest. As part of our production team, you’ll help bring our teas to life—from packing and labeling to preparing orders for shipment. Experience with computers and fulfillment softwares like Shipstation and Shopify are a must. Answer phone calls, return messages, and schedule appointments. Handle patient inquiries and escalate clinical questions to appropriate staff.
