Hair Stylist/Barber Responsibilities: • Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, and styling., • Ensure all treatments meet high-quality standards., • Provide exceptional client experience., • Keep on top of current hair-cutting and styling trends., • Listen and communicate clearly with clients to deliver the highest level of service., • Educate clients on retail products that are best suited to their needs., • Ability to work with kids., • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere., • Maintain cleanliness of the salon, organized and disinfect workstations and entire salon in order to adhere to all the health and safety regulations., • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere., • Must have an active Cosmetology license in New York State, • Enjoy and love working with kids and families, • Must have a natural smile and upbeat attitude with a commitment to providing an unforgettable fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our customers (children and parents), • Ability to listen to and communicate with clients to ensure complete satisfaction.
