Job Title: SAP Program Director Job ID: 100293 Position Type: Full-time Location: Remote w/travel Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Director to lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in SAP ecosystems (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, cloud integrations). Key Responsibilities • Program LeadershipLead end-to-end SAP programs, including S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and upgrades, • Define program strategy, roadmap, and execution plans aligned with organizational goals, • Oversee multiple project streams and ensure integration across workstreams, • Stakeholder ManagementEngage with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders, • Act as the primary point of contact for program governance and escalation, • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes effectively, • Delivery & ExecutionEnsure on-time, on-budget delivery of SAP programs, • Establish program governance, KPIs, and reporting frameworks, • Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners, • Financial ManagementOwn program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking, • Ensure cost optimization while maintaining delivery quality, • Risk & ComplianceIdentify and mitigate risks across the program lifecycle, • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, • Drive quality assurance and testing strategies, • Team LeadershipLead cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and business resources, • Mentor program managers and project leads, • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred), • 15+ years of experience in SAP delivery, with at least 5+ years in program leadership roles, • Must have consulting experience, • Proven experience leading large SAP transformations (e.g., S/4HANA implementation or migration), • Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and integration architecture, • Experience managing global, multi-million-dollar programs, • SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Activate), • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification, • Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies, • Strategic leadership and decision-making, • Program and portfolio management, • Risk management and problem-solving, • Financial and budget management, • Vendor and stakeholder management, • Excellent communication and negotiation skills Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $140,000 base per year Pay Range Maximum: $256,000 base per year HCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
