Position Overview Are you eager to gain hands-on litigation experience while making a real difference in people’s lives? Berk Law Group is seeking a motivated, licensed Arizona Attorney (0–4 years of experience) to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to: • Work side-by-side with seasoned probate litigators, • Gain immediate experience in client contact, depositions, and courtroom advocacy This is a full-time position with opportunities for meaningful client impact, professional growth, and flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities This position is designed for attorneys who want a meaningful litigation experience with strong support, training, and mentorship. In this role, you will: • Represent beneficiaries, personal representatives, trustees, and other parties in litigation under A.R.S. Titles 14, 36, and 46, including guardianships, conservatorships, will/trust contests, fiduciary misconduct, elder abuse, financial exploitation, and more, • Advise clients on legal risks, strategies, and next steps throughout the litigation process, • Communicate proactively with clients about case status, deadlines, and tasks, • Evaluate cases and develop litigation strategies tailored to each matter, • Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and other court filings, • Conduct discovery, including written requests, depositions, and subpoenas, • Perform legal research and apply findings to complex factual scenarios, • Represent clients in probate court (and other courts in related proceedings), including hearings, trials, and appeals, • Prepare cases thoroughly for mediation, trial, or settlement discussions, • Track and meet deadlines, court requirements, and internal workflows, • Actively collaborate with other attorneys and team members, • Take ownership of cases with increasing independence, • 0–4 years of experience in complex civil litigation (probate/trust/estate litigation preferred; commercial, real estate, or contract litigation experience acceptable), • Active license in good standing to practice law in Arizona, • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, • Strong research, organizational, and time management abilities, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms, • Professionalism, integrity, and compassion for clients in difficult circumstances, • A desire to grow in a specialized, impactful area of law Why Berk Law Group?
