About the Role We're seeking Master's-level professionals who feel confident facilitating Substance Use Disorder groups, collaborating closely with therapists, and thriving in a part-time, fully remote telehealth environment. Clinicians at Charlie Health begin making a difference on day one, working alongside a highly skilled therapy team to translate psychoeducation into meaningful, real-world change for clients. While each team member brings unique strengths and experience, all staff are expected to be fluent across multiple modalities. The Jail Population Review Program reviews incarcerated individuals for opportunities for pretrial release or case resolution. The team provides critical information to prosecutors, defense attorneys and judges at the earliest possible juncture so they can engage in meaningful dialogue before an individual spends weeks or months in jail. THE OPPORTUNITY This postdoctoral fellowship in forensic psychology is a collaboration between the Center and Columbia University that focuses primarily on forensic assessment with an opportunity to provide psychotherapy to individuals re-entering the community from incarceration. Postdoctoral fellows conduct forensic assessments mainly for the Jail Population Review Program. The Jail Population Review Program provides a number of clinical consultation services, including independent clinical assessment, review of medical records, and psychological testing when indicated. The postdoctoral fellowship is a one to two-year, full-time program providing advanced training at the intersection of psychology and law. Fellows gain supervised experience conducting psychological evaluations in the criminal court context, primarily brief and comprehensive clinical assessments of incarcerated people, as well as violence risk assessments (general violence, intimate partner violence, and sexual violence) using the Structured Professional Judgement (SPJ) approach, criminogenic risk and needs assessments, and mitigation psychological evaluations. Fellows also conduct psychological evaluations and testing to assist the courts in developing treatment plans for those involved in court-mandated treatment, such as mental health courts or other alternative-to-incarceration programs. In collaboration with Columbia University, fellows may conduct psychotherapy with one participant of the Columbia Reentry Initiative under the supervision of Columbia’s faculty or audit a graduate level forensic psychology course at Columbia University (Forensic Assessment or Correctional Psychology). The Columbia Reentry Initiative at the Dean Hope Center for Educational and Psychological Services at Teachers College is a no-cost, evidence-based and trauma-informed psychological treatment program designed to support adults reentering to the community following incarceration. Postdoctoral Psychologists attend weekly multidisciplinary case discussions and monthly didactic seminars covering topics such as case law relevant to forensic psychology, report writing for legal audiences, cultural considerations in forensic work, and other topics related to forensic assessment. Postdoctoral Psychologists report to the Supervising Forensic Psychologist and receive clinical supervision from the Supervising Forensic Psychologist and the Senior Director of Forensic Psychology in order for the candidate to become licensed within 18 months of employment. Of note, this is a postdoctoral position and therefore a full-time position after licensure is not guaranteed. The Postdoctoral Psychologist will work with stakeholders, including judges, defense attorneys, prosecutors, special jurisdiction courts, ATI programs, Correctional Health Services, and the Department of Correction. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking systemic reform initiative. This role involves navigating and constructively engaging with differing and, at times, competing stakeholder perspectives. YOUR ROLE: We are seeking a Buyer, Integrated Investment for a full time temporary role to run through June. The Buyer oversees tactical planning, execution and reporting of campaigns. They utilize their knowledge of the media marketplace and media channels to brainstorm and ideate new activations and vendors for media campaigns. A successful Buyer is resourceful, organized, and energetic throughout the planning process. A strong communicator, you are comfortable in a fast-paced industry and handling multiple projects. Reliable, ethical & operates in the best interest of Crossmedia & clients • Maintains a base-level knowledge of buying for both online and offline media channels: Digital (Banners, Audio, Video) Search, Social, TV, Radio, OOH [Out-of-Home], Print., • Owns vendor communications and developing relationships with clients., • Manages RFP process: developing partner consideration sets, putting together RFPs, and managing conversations & RFP development with partners., • Collaborates on the buying of media, vendor contracts, budget management by individual platforms, billing/invoicing for media campaigns., • Leads knowledge of media buying tools to execute plans and buys- Freewheel, SBMS/Adazzle, GCM & MOAT/IAS, GCM, Datorama, Tableau etc., • Applies principles of negotiation to ensure discounts and added value, • First 'gatekeeper' and reviewer for Assistant's work., • Ensures smooth campaign launch & execution and communicates updates internally and externally., • Deep understanding of the Digital media trafficking process, • Fully comprehends media strategy and tactical details., • Supports Supervisor/Director in the development of media approach, • Proactively encourages media + creative integration through cross-agency presentations and timelines, • Validates accuracy of data use for reporting, • Develops media POVs for clients, • Encourages thinking outside of the box., • Participates in training to enhance their professional growth., • Mentors Assistant Buyers; provides ongoing feedback and reviews to guide growth., • Displays a high level of personal dedication and motivation., • Positively contributes to our culture., • Troubleshoots team issues and concerns., • 2 years of experience in a media investment/buying role across online and/or offline channels, including campaign execution and managemen (Digital - Display, Audio, Video), Search, Social, and Traditional (TV, Radio, OOH, Print)., • Proficiency with media tools and platforms such as Freewheel, SBMS/Adazzle, GCM, MOAT/IAS, Tableau,, • Strong project and campaign management skills, including RFP development, vendor negotiations, trafficking, and pacing/reporting., • Effective communication and collaboration skills—able to manage vendor relationships, support internal teams, and clearly articulate media strategies.
