    I am looking for someone to help me get jobs done . Through out the day we will be driving to different service calls weather it's power washing and doing maintenance to troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems or boilers . We will also do fresh Installs . Basically a person that will help me get the Job done .looking for some experienced using hand tools and drills . I am willing to train someone that is willing to give it their best but must know tools and how to use them . You will work side by side with me and learn . I need someone motivated and Realible . I do not care what you do out of work but when your on the clock please be punctual, sober, Realible. Work day is 8.5 hours you will get paid for 8 hours and half hour is a unpaid lunch break. We will do overtime some days and it is time and a half pay . We will also work weekends which is considered overtime not all the time but sometimes we will . Key Learning Areas: Proper work attire Proper use of basic hand tools Requirements: Minimum age of 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent. A strong interest in learning about HVAC equipment repair Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (training will be provided) Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting equipment, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces) Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team A valid drivers license and reliable transportation (some travel may be required) Ability to lift 50 70 pounds Willingness to commit to completing the apprenticeship program and pursuing a career in the trade Must-Haves: Positive attitude, highly organized and energetic Good personal appearance and the physical ability to lift 50+ pounds Engaging personality for our fast paced, goal driven environment Competitive individual contributor who loves to win as a team Highly motivated, self-starter whos flexible with a great attitude

Key Responsibilities Hair Care Services: Provide safe and comfortable hair services including washing, cutting, setting, rollers, blow-drying, and styling tailored to senior preferences and hair types. Nail & Skin Care: Perform basic, non-medical manicures (nail shaping, cuticle care, light hand massage, and polishing) and gentle facial grooming/skin care. Client Safety & Comfort: Adapt techniques to accommodate clients with limited mobility, arthritis, or cognitive differences (such as dementia or Alzheimer's). Ensure safe transfers to and from the styling chair. Sanitation & Compliance: Maintain a spotlessly clean, sanitized, and organized salon station. Act as an active listener, offering a friendly and uplifting environment during their services. Collaboration: Coordinate scheduling with the program director and activities team to ensure services fit smoothly into the daily activities calendar. Qualifications & Skills License: Active and valid State Board of Cosmetology license (New York). Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a practicing cosmetologist. Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare/daycare setting is highly preferred. Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and safely assist seniors with minor mobility adjustments. Key Soft Skills: Exceptional patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. A warm, upbeat personality that resonates well with older adults.
