Job DescriptionProduction Worker Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you will be responsible for assembling portable handgun safes. This includes preparing raw materials, using a variety of equipment such as screws, pins, and drills, performing quality control, packaging, folding boxes, and reporting any workstation issues to the supervisor. You will have the opportunity to work in six different work cells and will be cross-trained to enhance your skills. Responsibilities • Prepare raw materials for production., • Perform quality control and ensure high standards., • Package products and fold boxes for shipment., • Report any workstation issues to the supervisor., • Familiarity with production and assembly processes., • Experience with hand tools, drills, and small screws., • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment., • Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required., • Good time management skills., • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision., • Capability to produce 70-90 units per hour initially, with goals to increase., • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
