GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The General Manager is responsible for ensuring that the center is run according to required K1 Speed standards with a heavy focus on the safety & well-being of our guests. The General Manager holds their Salaried and Hourly Staff accountable, coaching and developing them to be ready for the next level.
