Were seeking a smart, scrappy Growth Hacker to help us expand our patient base, boost our online presence, and build strong relationships in the community. Role Overview: As our Growth Hacker, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing creative, data-driven marketing strategies that attract new patients, improve retention, and drive overall growth. Youll work closely with clinic leadership and our front-office team to ensure marketing efforts align with the practices brand, values, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and run local SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns to increase patient leads and bookings, • Create compelling, medically accurate content for blogs, social media, and email newsletters, • Identify referral opportunities through partnerships with other healthcare providers, gyms, wellness centers, etc., • Optimize the practice's online presence (Google Business Profile, review platforms, directories, etc.), • Design and test landing pages, appointment funnels, and follow-up sequences to improve conversions, • Analyze campaign data and patient behavior trends to guide future strategy, • Collaborate with staff to streamline the patient journey from discovery to repeat visit, • Stay up to date on HIPAA-compliant marketing practices Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, and must have healthcare marketing experience, • Proven success growing leads or user base for a service-based business (bonus if healthcare-related), • Deep understanding of local SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and reputation management, • Strong data skills ability to use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM systems, • Excellent copywriting skills with a patient-friendly tone, • Familiarity with HIPAA marketing compliance and patient privacy best practices Nice to Have: • Experience working with appointment booking tools and EHR integrations, • Knowledge of healthcare marketing platforms like Zocdoc, Healthgrades, or Demandforce, • Graphic design or video editing skills for content creation, • Experience in community outreach or grassroots marketing What We Offer: • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses, • Health benefits and PTO, • Flexible work environment (in-office or hybrid/remote depending on location), • Opportunity to work in a meaningful space where your growth ideas directly impact lives, • Supportive, mission-driven team and a growing patient community Join Our Mission to Make Healthcare More Accessible & Engaging If you're a creative thinker who thrives on solving growth challenges and wants to make a real difference in peoples lives, wed love to hear from you.
