What You Can Expect: • Training Pay: $15 - $17 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission), • Average Annual Earning Potential After Training: $50,000 - $70,000 (inclusive of base and commission), • Total Compensation Range: $22,880 - $80,000+ (will not pay less than state/local minimum wage requirements) Post-Training Pay: • Base Pay: $11 – 15 / hour (varies by store location), • Commission: UNCAPPED commissions on written sales, • 1 - 6% in commissions on monthly sales based on sales achievement vs goal – commission % increases as performance to goal increases.
