RN Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide nursing care to patients on assigned unit, • Administer and record medications/treatments as ordered, • Complete nursing assessments, evaluations, progress notes, and alert charting as necessary, • Educates and provides health care instructions to residents/families as necessary, • Collaborates with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities, • Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients as necessary, • Communicate with Providers and nurse management regarding patients' condition, changes, medications, vitals, etc., • Provide direct care to residents as needed, • Direct unit staff as necessary, • Report to direct supervisor (Unit Nurse Manager) all resident and staff issues/concerns as needed, • Charge Nurse as scheduled RN Qualifications and Skills: • Current and Valid Washington RN license (multistate licenses must be accompanied by 6-hour Suicide Prevention Certificate), • Excellent interpersonal skills, • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities, • In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations, • First aid and CPR certifications Caldera Cares for you! • Competitive pay scale, • Full benefits package - Medical, Dental, and Vision, • 401k, • Life and Disability Insurance, • Paid Time off Pay: $45.00/hour Shifts Available: Day & Evening Key Word Algorithm Keywords: Skilled Nursing, Nurse, Healthcare, SNF, Registered Nurse, Nursing Facility, RN Job Posted by ApplicantPro
