Job Description Summary: Case Managers provide comprehensive services to individual clients and families residing in cluster apartments. Services provided by Case Managers include assessment, case planning, developing an Independent Living Plan, case facilitation and management, counseling, referrals, information workshops and support groups. Job Description JOB OVERVIEW Under general supervision, the Residential Aide (Residence Worker) ensures an efficient and positive work environment at the shelter. Responsibilities include performing various office tasks to oversee and support client needs onsite.
