Key Responsibilities • Hands-On ADL Support Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityalways protecting dignity., • Home Environment & Infection Control Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space., • Medication & Symptom Monitoring Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse., • Therapeutic Engagement Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness., • Accurate Documentation Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends. What Youll Need to Succeed • Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certified)., • Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience., • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to reach clients homes., • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)., • Clear, confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care.
